I have a presentation tommorow. I am really really anxious about it because there is this girl I fancy in the audience and if I mess up infront of her I will look like a fool and she will loose respect for me.

I have aspergers syndrome and semantic pragmantic communication disorder which will make it harder :(

Please can you give me some advice,

I would think it would make it much easier for you to be yourself. The fear of
messing up will become a self fulfilling prophecy if you can't get relaxed enough
beforehand.

I rooting for you!

Pretend you are someone else. Pick a confident character from the media of your choice, and bretend to be them. It works for me.

Have you got into self-hypnosis at all? Just set yourself up with the suggestion that you'll come across well informed, confident, all that stuff and let it roll.

Practice, practice, practice. Err, what, tomorrow? Review the material, make sure your dot points are easily to hand and you know how the powerpoint slides proceed and get a good night's sleep. Run through the self hypnosis routine as you drop off.

Don't panic
