I told you that we'd be hearing about those kids in the news again. I just didn't realize it'd be so soon:

Sorry- I suck at adding links.

Especially not the NY Daily News and it's friends:

This puts forward an interesting question.

If there isn't any reason to suspect neglect or abuse, is it ethical to remove these children, based on their parents' beliefs? Despite how ignorant and hateful they are? Is it even legal to remove them?

I know that you could possibly argue that naming their children in ways that would lead to bullying could maybe be seen as abuse. But the two girls could disguise it, at least. The boy is getting the worst of the naming deal.

But is that still 'bad' enough to get your children seized? I bet there are plenty of children living in REAL abusive situations that won't get taken away, because their parents at least have the smarts to not air their dirty laundry to the media.

So far the authorities have not presented a single substantial reason for seizing these children. The entire thing is ridiculous.

it's a shame the kids have been taken away and that the parents haven't seen any share of negativity, if they were living in germany the father's comments on the holocaust not happening would be enough to put him behind bars.

I'm on the fence about this one.
Is naming your children after such heinous people enough of a reason to remove them from their home? My gut says hell yes, but my head says no.
Do I think the parent's know exactly what they are doing; what message they are sending out? Again, hell yes.
When I was a kid I was removed from my first home- I would like to believe that, even though it isn't being publicized at this moment, there are credible reasons why the kids have been taken.

every nazi i've heard of in the modern world is abusive and hurts their children and inturn blame the races they hate for the pain their children feel, over the years the children feel the same without being able to remember why.

children take in almost everything at these ages, the best that could happen is the children being taken to a safe location so they can grow up innocent and happy.

Naming your kid Adolph Hitler IS abuse. Just as bad as naming your kid F***face or S***head.

naming a child F***face or S***head could be seen as a clear sign of abuse as both names are obvious signs that the parents don't want their children to have good lives whereas naming your child hitler could be argued as just a name, the father seemed to think so anyway.

It's predicted that this kid will cause the next holocaust, this is the biblical antichrist, it marks the beginning of the end of days, be aware.

Well, well, we really don't have a fourth amendment anymore after all.

That is total bullcrap. From all I know, the parents are fine--just kind of stupid, is all. Not for their beliefs, which I don't care about (my dad is ubernazi too afterall, he informed me about national socialism etc etc), but just blabbing about it to the public is dispicable. They say they don't want to draw any attention to themselves because of their choice in names but they start making a huge deal out of it. Morons. What do you expect, naming your kid that? What's their next kid's name gonna be, joseph stalin? They're being idiots.
Though maybe the kids are better off in a different home, there still isn't a justified reason behind their removal. The whole situation is just ridiculous.

i don't have a problem with racism as long as racist people never show it, you cn think whatever you like but as long as you show respect you're fine in my book. these trailer trash nazis have inflicted a lot of problems onto their children and want them to grow up following in their footsteps, my dad's quite racist and sexist and the only reason i'm not is because i feel no respect or fear for him but these ids might end up loving their parents and believing their views are true.
