I see alot of new faces around here. Which is good. Fresh meat for the grinder. Following a fight session in the chatroom, I thought in order to relieve some tension, we need to organise a club. A fight club to be exact. How will it work? Quite similar to the This or That thread. Essentially there will be a post with two contenders, one being the previous champion. To reply you must state why your choice would win the fight.

For example:


Post 1:

(from previous post): George Bush Jnr vs George Bush Snr

George Bush Jnr would win because he would get his secret service agents to assassinate his father.

(the winner of this fight goes into the next proposed fight which this post gets to choose the other contender)

GEORGE BUSH JNR vs Lassie the Dog


Post 2:

In the fight between Lassie the Dog and George Bush Jnr, I believe lassie would win as she has rabbies which can kill a man like bush.

The next fight will be between LASSIE and Eddie: That Dog From Frasier

etc etc



But there are some rules to fight club which we have to take seriously.

1. You must talk about fight club
2. YOU MUST TALK ABOUT FIGHT CLUB
3. You must explain why your choice would win before setting the next fight up
4. Only two teams to a fight
5. Only one fight at a time fellas
6. Stick to the rules of Wrong Planet and don't flame other WP users
7. No WP users are allowed to be contenders in the fights
8. The next fight must include the champion from the previous fight
9. Fights will go on as long as they have to
10. If this is your first night at fight club, you have to fight!

LASSIE vs EDDIE: THAT REALLY SMART DOG FROM TV'S 'FRASIER'

Lassie, because she's just plain bigger.

Lassie v. Dumbo (in his young form)

Dumbo because his ears would win over anything!
Dumbo vs. 101 Little Dalmations (the kids movie that has 101 Dalmation puppies in it..).

The Dalmations because they VASTLY outnumber him.

The 101 dalmations, or the little dinosaurs from the Land Before Time? ((Not the adults, not the bad guys.))

Dinos, cuz they're cuter. -_-

The dinos, or the power puff girls?

The Dinos because no one likes powerpuff girls (generalisation)
The Dinos or Donkey from Shrek.

Donkey's intelligence should help him win.

Donkey or King Kong?

Donkey, because he's too small to be eaten. He'd just run away.

Donkey or Abu from Aladin? (Aladin's pet monkey.)

Donkey 'cause he's got a mean kick!

Donkey or Donkey Kong? ( )

Donkey because he can sing... ugh, and he's really cool
Donkey or the three blind mice (that song/nursery rhyme/fairy tale thing)?

Well Donkey, because the three blind mice are blind, how the hell are they gonna fight?!

Donkey vs. the Black Death ((lets see him escape this one!! !))

Donkey, cuz we love him too much to let him die.

Donkey, or the abominable snowman (yeti) ?

The abominable snowman, because Donkey would trip into one of his giant footprints and break his neck.

The abominable snowman or Abobo from Double Dragon?

the abominable snowman because he can reflect the sun's light off his fur, blinding his opponent.

E.T. because he can make things float, heal wounds, and is just plain cool.
