i am thinking of sending it to america's most wanted.

There was this local story about this clown who handed out his business cards at local swap meets.

He'd perform at the kids parties and when no parents were around he'd molest a kid.

he'd always move around and no-one knows what he looks like.

but the tv news aired a picture, and i think there is an uncanny resemblence.

Anyway i thought that AMW might be able to nab the bungling buffon.
