I would walk on the ball of my foot if going up stairs. I would also spin on the ball of one foot to change direction quickly

I always walk on the front part of my foot. Always have. I didn't think I still did it but I recently realized that I do. It has become such a part of me that I was used to it and had no idea I still did it. But when I realized I still have a very bouncy walk, I realized I still walk that way.

I walked on my toes all the time when I was a child, and everyone commented on it.

And as an adult, I still do something of the sort, because I became a ballet dancer in the end...so now, if I have the desire to go on my toes, I just do something en releve, like some pas de bourres, pique arabesque, or some such thing. Sometimes I just start dancing around the kitchen...it feels good.

Sometimes I walk in a circle and feel I can't stop or don't want too.

Me too..to the extent that it affected the way my feet developed. I got a lot of negative attention for it as a kid, but almost none as an adult. I was called "tippy toes" in school among other things.

Only when I wear heels. Which is rarely.

I was going to say something but I'm going to leave it at this. She said it for me.
