I just had dinner an hour ago. I made a tuna/ vegetables with pasta (macaroni) dish.
~ an onion,
~ broccoli (handful),
~ one leek,
~ a few carrots, < ^ all four in small pieces
~ 10 black olives, those sour little onions, both in pieces
~ Tuna fish and Pilchard out of a can/tin
~ whole can/tin pomodories tomatoes with juice
~ coriander, two pieces of garlic, fish spices, salt and pepper
(probably forgetting something, to mention but hey....)
And pasta, of course, al denti.
Man, really nice tasting and healthy food, imo.
(hope the recipe, me posting it, isn't perceived as arrogant)
