I've been told many times that I look stoned and that I look like a clown. Honestly, how do I look?

Nah you look fine man. Don't worry about what people say, some kids just like to bring out the worst in everyone. You kind of look like a snowboarder or skater kid though.

A little. people tend to think we're 'stoned' when we're not, there's a look to the eyes that seems vague or 'out of it'.

Maybe go for a haircut and a 'neat & tidy' sort of appearance?
