NT for six months

I wish I could be NT for six months to a year just to see if my life changes any. Maybe it would change for the worse.

Is there a reason as to why you want to experience this?

What i mean is do you dislike the way you are and is that the reason why you want to?

I think NTs to be honest are boring and not very open minded where as aspies etc are amazing people.

I think you're generalizing too much. :roll:

I've met very nice (and interesting!) NTs, and aspies whom I disliked very much. So?

By the way, I wouldn't want to be NT, even for a short time. I'd have to be someone entirely else, and that thought is just scary. I don't think there would be an advantage to it either.

I wish I could not have AS for one day and see what it be like and if the world be any different and how much different I'd be. I would rather try the gluten free diet and see if it does any change for me but it be a hassle because it be harder to grocery shop and maybe be more expensive.

I agree with that i mean 6 months is a long time and i think it would be hard to cope but maybe for a day or two just to see how differently people treat you.

I would like to swap places with an NT, so they have the AS and I don't just for 1 day so we can experience how eachother lives. Preferably with someone who I don't get on with so we'd be atleast civil with eachother because there's not as much misunderstanding between us.

Personally I'd rather not cause as sorta helped who I am.

I"m pretty happy with myself sure some things could be better but every journey be it a thousands miles, to the house
next door or internally begins with a single step or choice

I would love to be like everyone else. I get really depressed about not knowing how to talk to people and making friends.

I would love to be NT for half a year, then I could understand the primitive communication of NT's.

But I would rather be a girl for half a year, I would love all the positive attention from boys, and I could do anything and get away with it. I have seen pretty girls being mean, impolite, violent, stupid and anti-social, and still everyone around them loved them, and wanted to do anything for them.

Man, it could be sweet being a girl for half a year, I would get the best job, a millionaire boyfriend and I wouldn't think about what other people thought of me. If you think about it, girls could easily have a dream life, if they just knew that guys whould do anything for them.

really? I hate being a girl. I feel like I'm a guy trapped in a girl's body lol.
Sure being a girl has its advantages, but overall, I think it is easier to be a guy socially for all the reasons you listed. Like you said, girls can be vicious.

Imagine how awkward your boyfriend would feel when after the 6 months were over you just magically turned into a dude one day before his very eyes :lol:

You'd be an NT for the 6 months, love it and then once the 6 months is up, revert back to being an aspie al-a Cinderella at midnight with ll the memories of what it's like to have friends and partake in witty social banter but all that's gone now.
